PP micro-inserts with a conical base, supplied in packs of 100. Choose the 6 × 29 mm configuration with polyspring and graduation, or the 6 × 31 mm conical-base configuration.

Small-volume vial sampling

These micro-inserts fit inside a compatible sample vial to provide a smaller internal sample container. Diameter, length and base design are specified for each insert configuration, including spring-supported options where available.

Insert and vial compatibility

Match the insert dimensions to the internal geometry of the vial. Check the position of the insert relative to the closure and the autosampler needle. A spring-supported insert and an unsupported insert may require different vial arrangements, so select the exact configuration required by the instrument.
