Preassembled 18mm Screw Headspace Vial Kits, 10mL and 20mL, 100pcs/pk

Clear glass screw headspace vials preassembled with an 18 mm silver-colour open-top metal cap with an 8 mm hole and 17.5 mm blue PTFE/white silicone septa, 1.5 mm thick. Choose 10 mL (22.5 × 46 mm) or 20 mL (22.5 × 75 mm). Supplied in packs of 100.

Headspace sampling

These vials are intended for headspace sample preparation in a compatible analytical system. Capacity, base shape and closure format are important when matching a vial to the instrument tray and sampling method. The specifications identify the available combinations.

Selecting the vial and seal

Match the neck size and closure type to the appropriate headspace cap and septum. A screw closure and a crimp closure require different matching components. Confirm the complete vial-and-seal assembly against the temperature and sampling conditions of your method; a vial size alone does not establish a temperature or pressure rating.
