Solid phase extraction
These cartridges are used for sample cleanup, enrichment or fractionation within a solid phase extraction method. The sorbent phase, bed mass and cartridge volume define the available configuration. The WAX/GCB and GCB/WAX options have different layer orders and bed masses; select the exact arrangement required.

Selecting the extraction format
Choose the sorbent for the target analytes and sample matrix. Bed mass and cartridge volume are separate specifications: the first describes the amount of sorbent and the second the cartridge format. Use the conditioning, loading, washing and elution steps established by the analytical method.
