Our white 18-400 screw caps are made from polypropylene and supplied with natural PTFE/white silicone septa. The caps have a closed-top, ribbed design and are intended for bottles or vials with a compatible 18-400 screw-thread neck.
Each septum is 1.5 mm thick and supplied unslit. The caps are sold in packs of 100.
Closure design and use
The closed-top cap covers the container opening for sample or reagent storage. Its specified liner or septum forms part of the sealing assembly. Select the correct cap material, thread and lining for the container and sample being handled.
